Hello Gaters:
How is everyone, I hope all ok, well, last night was the Once Upon A Cure Gala, which was a huge success, great to now that people still support good causes, check in here for more information about Once Upon a Cure: http://onceuponacure.com/
On the Gala were present a number of important people, specially to all geeks, like Amanda Tapping, Robin Dunne, Ryan Robbins, Julia Benson, Robert Lawrenson among others. But people, keep supporting, that is the most important thing.
In other way, next weekend (9/30, 10/1&2) here in Santiago of Chile, takes place the ExpoComics, a little convention about comics, joining the most important Chilean comic drawers and comic fans, so there I'll be checking out the whole event, also on October 15th is the ZombieWalk, and this year the theme is make your childhood hero, or fave cartoon or character into a Zombie!! wow, we have to see that, haha, and then on October 29, 30 & 31 takes place the ConComics, where I'll be going representing the Stargate community, so we can get started as a community here, and in a possible future, have a Stargate Con here, with great special guests like Kavan Smith, Joe Flanigan, David Hewlett, and the others.

It's Summer time in Chile, meaning: Filming Time!!

Hello Gaters:
Hey, long time, haha, but I've been on Twitter, well is September, meaning, here Summer is coming, that's life on the south side of the planet, LOL, haha, well, September did not started like we wanted to, but things happen for a reason, I'm pretty sure some of you heard about the air craft crash in Juan Fernandez island, where Chile lost one of our best TV-animator, Felipe Camiroaga, and a very important business man, Felipe Cubillos, among others, 21 in total, they were on a very wonderful mission, to rebuild the island, after last year's tsunami, well, I'm pretty sure they are in a better place now.
But, hey, we have to keep moving, so, Summer is coming, and with that comes the filming projects, yes, I'm currently working on some projects for this summer, plus going to a cool university here to study Film Making, starting next year, but this summer is all about Filming, first project is Gater Teens, a story based on FanBoys, but completely on Stargate, and with that some other Fan-films and videos based on Star Wars and Stargate.
Even though, that's not all, next weekend is the ExpoComics and on Halloween's weekend is the ConComics, which is awesome, well, my friends, I'm glad everyone of you is ok, oh, and make sure to check ONCE UPON A CURE charity auction, there are very interesting things...my fave is the lunch with Hewlett, but I'm a bit far! Place your feet in the Earth

"Place your Feet in the Earth" is the most common phrase I hear around here, most Chilean used it to be and to make others be conformed, accept your reality, deal with daily things, or study a career you are fit to. Most people here believes that dreamily lives are worthless, that you should live real.
I've been hearing that speech my whole life, and well, I've seen most of my friends give up their dreams, because of it, because of their parents, with their speeches that said "I grew up", or "I should do what my dad says, because he knows" well, I'm not willing to do that, I think is important for everyone of us to do what we love, for crazy that it sounds, and I know that when you love what you do, you will keep doing it, I've been hearing people complaining about their jobs my whole life, and I don't what to go through the same, and no one should go through that. May be I'll never get the chance to work with Spielberg (who is one of my role models) or Robert Rodriguez, but at least I'll do what I love, and if I get the chance to work with Kavan Smith or Joe Flanigan, it would be worth it, and if I don't, well, either way, I'll be doing what I love.
But all this, because I believe is possible, and everyone should know that, "everything is possible, if you are willing to give it a goal", I heard those words on SGA ep. Poisoning the Well, by Dr. Carson Beckett, and if you notice, every movie, every series, has their teachings, and they usually teach that everything is possible, From Star Wars to Stargate! EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
So, do it yourself too, place a goal to you, if you believe in it, and you work for it, it will happen. It might take some time, but it will, all is in your hands.

One of my fave quotes is one from an Irish Dancer, Michael Flatley:
"FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS"
Because there is nothing more rewarding than following your dreams, nothing makes you feel better than that.
Another quote is from Col. Jack O'Neill from Stargate:
"THE FIRST YOU DON'T SUCCEED, TRY TRY TRY TRY TRY TRY TRY TRY AGAIN"
Because most of the times, it won't work in the first attempt, but that should make you keep going, doing it again, to make it work, because we should learn from our failures, not give up on them.

So, keep it going, work for your goal, no matter what is it, keep the faith, and it will happen!!

News and Cons!!

Hello Gaters:
how is everyone's week going? I hope all well. Ok, now we started the second part of  the year, with many news and cons coming, last weekend was the amazing San Diego Comic Con, and there we got many news an games and series like Sanctuary, Eureka, and others, games like Star Wars Kinect, and Star Wars Xbox, also from some movies, Cowboys and Aliens, Star Wars Blu Ray. But the SDCC is not the only one, in the following months take place the Stargate Convention in Chicago, the Dragon Con, and here in Chile are coming the ConComics in Valparaiso, ExpoComics in Santiago and the FICSantiago, with many news and fun. Also, as in update, we had the confirmation of Christopher Judge being cast on "Dark Knight Rises", the incoming premiere of the Rise of the Planet of the Apes with the appearance of David Hewlett, and Conan the Barbarian with Jason Momoa, so as we see, our loved actors are going through, and we are proud of them, of all of them. Like we knew this week about Brian Jacob Smith cast in Gossip Girls, and Jewel Staite appearance on Supernatural.
We are proud of them!!
A part from that, this week was the release of Stargate Atlantis Blu Ray!! the whole seasons, yey, *fans happy*. and all we hope is that SG1 goes the same.
As for other news, here in Chile is coming together an ONLINE fan community of Stargate, and with any luck we will be the real "Stargate Squad Chile" and the owners of the FanFilm "Stargate Achilles" and the FanMovie "Gater Teens" soon I'll come with more news, but this is for now :-)

It was July 8^th and she was in Atlantis, so far from her love, all she wanted it was to be with him, but he was so far, in Earth, she always said that it wasn’t fair, her dad should had let Daniel go with her, to Atlantis, now all she wanted was a ZPM to dial Earth, just to see him, his smile, his face, feel his protection, be with him once more. At that moment she was in one of the balconies, looking at the sea, remembering the time in P6X-972, a planet with a beautiful castle in the middle of the water, and Daniel was with her, holding her, she closed her eyes, and she could felt his presence there, his arms around her, then she felt like someone was embracing her, she opened her eyes, and the first thing she saw was Daniel, and she said “Danny, what are…” but then the picture got cleared and the one holding her was Maj. Sheppard, and he said “are you ok?”, and she said “yea…” trying to clean the tears from her face, but he realize that something was going on her, and said again “come on, something is going on, you can trust me, what is it?”, and she couldn’t hide it anymore, everything reminded her Daniel, and she let it through, and started to cry, and Sheppard held her, and she said “I can’t, I can’t, I missed him so much, I need him…” he wasn’t good with feelings, but he held her all the time she needed, then she cleaned her tears and said “thanks Major, I’ll be in my quarters if you need me”, she headed to her room, and Sheppard walked to mess hall, there he found Ford, Carson, Alan and Rodney, then Aiden asked “what’s on sir?” and John said “is Jade, she is not to good…”, “what do you mean?” Rodney asked, and he said “well, she said that she needed some one, that she couldn’t be away from him anymore, but I don’t know who she is talking about”, and Elizabeth, who heard John’s last words, said “Dr. Jackson…”, and he said “as in Dr. Daniel Jackson”, “yes John, they were together since he returned to the SGC, after his ascension, they were really close, even before dating, and she is like that, because today is his birthday…” and John said “oh, hey we should do something to cheer her up…” and Ford added “yea, but what?” then Elizabeth said “take her to a ride, or something like it, may be a trip to mainland, you can take jumper 1, and everything you need…” well, all was set, they were going to take her to a day camp in the mainland, Ford, Alan and Sheppard went to prepare everything, and then they went for Jade to her quarters, Ford opened the door, and there they saw her lying on her bed, crying, and with Daniel’s picture in her hands, Alan got close to her, and said “hey Jay, come on, this is no good for you, come, come with us, Major Sheppard is going to take us to the mainland, come on”, Jade didn’t know if she was ok for it, but, she decided that she had to give it a try, so she stood up, and smiled to her friends and brother, and said “thanks, I’ll go”, that said, she took her bag and some of her stuffs, and headed to the jumper bay with her friends.

Once on board the jumper, Ford plugged his MP3 player to a little subwoofer, and putted a song and he started to sing, it was some like hip hop, and Sheppard said “I can’t believe it, hip hop…” and Jade laughed, “you are going to tell me that you don’t like it?”, and he said “why, you do?”, “yea, is really cool…” then Alan, Jay and Ford started to sing, and Sheppard said “what was missing, you three singing…” and all ended laughing, but the real deal came at the mainland, Ford changed to a bigger subwoofer, and the music sounded loud, he started to dance, and Jade with her brother followed him, and she said to him “what you want to bet that I can make Sheppard moves”, and Ford said “I don’t know, mmm, what about one of my magazines”, and she accepted the deal, then she jumped over Sheppard, and he said “I’m glad that you are better, what now”, and she smiled “hey why don’t we make a dancing contest, and the winner gets what he wants…” Rodney loved what she said, and claimed “ok, let’s do this, come on Sheppard, or you are afraid” that made Sheppard get a little angry, so he join the game too. At the end all danced, and had fun, they took the chance to play soccer, and make some sand castles, then it was getting late, so Sheppard said “ok time to go back, tomorrow we have a mission, let’s go”, all aboard in the jumper, and John made their way back, Jade was real tired, so at the moment she seated at the jumper, she fell asleep, once they arrived at Atlantis, John got close to her and said “Jay, Jay, hey come on little girl, I’ll guide you to your quarters”, but she was in a deep sleep, so he took her in his arms and headed to her quarters, there he placed her in her bed, and cover her with some blankets.

Next morning, she woke up in her quarters, she got a shower and then she headed to the mess hall for breakfast, there she met her friends, and said, “hey who was the one who took me back to my quarters” and John said “that was me, you were real sleep”, and she smiled “thanks I wasn’t drunk…” and John got impressed by her comment, “you, drunk?”, and she laughed, then said “well yea, but much more at my flight team”, “flight team? You are a pilot?” John said, and Alan said “how you haven’t told him, Jay?”, and she responded “sorry Al, I just forgot, yea, I’m, Major, why, is there a problem”, and he said “no, not at all, is just that you are so…”, “so what?” she said, “well, so young!”, and she laughed “yea, when my dad knew, he said the same, so, are we going off world, or not?”, and Sheppard said “yea, sure, after breakfast go to gear up, we will meet at the gate room”, and she smiled, after breakfast she went back to her quarters, there she took her complete gear, and then she took a special tablet from a lost fighter craft , something inside her was telling her to take it.

At the gate room, all set, Chuck dialed the gate, and the team stepped through, once at the other side, John ordered to move out, and they headed inside the forest, John was on point with Alan, followed by Rodney, and Teyla, and behind them was Jade and Aiden, singing strange songs along the way, then, after a long walk, Rodney found a cave, and inside they found some strange writings, Jade looked at them closely, it was the writings of an ancient Akaris pilot, it was written in an old dialect, fortunately, she had learnt this dialect, and said “I can’t believe it’s here!”, John looked at her strangely, and said “what is here?”, and she said “the Lantean Novafighter”, “Lantean what?” John said, and Alan said “Lantean Novafighter, is a ship that we thought it was lost in its way to Landor’s galaxy, but it’s here Jay, this is amazing”, “I can’t believe it, we need to find it, it should be around here” both started to run all over the place, looking for it, she even started to move her friends for it, then she remembered the tablet in her tactical vest, took it out, and activate a command, it showed that the ship was beneath them, and the land started to move, Rodney got scared, he thought it was an earthquake, but near them appeared a strange door, it was the entrance, and she said “oh my…ok I’m going in, who comes with me”, Sheppard, who was responsible for her, said “I will, Rodney, you may go too, Teyla, Aiden and Alan stay here and report anything unusual, let’s go” the three of them entered the ship, ride a way she made her way to the control room, once there, Rodney started to look at the ships log, but he couldn’t understand a thing, and said “didn’t you said it was Ancient”, and she said “why”, “because I can’t read it” he claimed, and she said “well Rodney, I never said that it was Ancient, I said that it was the Lantean Novafighter”, and he said “I thought that the ship was Ancient, because of the Lantean part”, and she said “well, no, is not ancient, although, it does have some Ancient tech but is entirely Akaris design” and he said “Akaris?”, and she responded “well, the Akaris were the founders of the knights, well, this ship is most Lantean Knight, but the language that you couldn’t read is Akaris”, “oh, I see…” he said, “yea, fortunately, I can” she said, then she started to look at the logs in the ship, she couldn’t believe it, the ship was mostly intact, except from the fact that its Hyper drive needed some repairs, high repairs, not even near Rodney’s knowledge, but she wasn’t going to give up, she knew that she needed to contact the Akaris High Council, and she had to do it quick, unfortunately for now she was so far, and she didn’t had the kind of power to start a wormhole to Anoran, so she decided to leave it there, she knew the gate address and left the ship completely closed and shot down, but before she went around the ship, she was amazed for the kind of technology used, it was awesome, Sheppard walked with her all the time, an in one of the quarters of the ship, she found a leather backpack, inside of it was an old computer, an unusual sword and a blast gun, she took it and said “well, I think is time to go, I’ll leave the ship off, here, no one will know about it, so, let’s go”, John smiled to her and said “ok, Rodney lets go” he was about to object, but John said “it’s an order, Rodney” that said, the three of them walked away.

Outside, Aiden, Alan and Teyla were waiting for them, then John asked “so, any news?”, and Ford said “no sir, nothing”, then Jade heard something, a few minutes later something attacked her, but no one saw a thing, it was like some invisible creature, but it got lucky, because she was deadly wounded, John and Rodney got worried about her, and John shouted “Back to the GATEEEEEE” ride a way, he took her in his arms and made his way through, followed by Rodney and the team. Once at the gate, Rodney dialed Atlantis, and it was sending his IDC, when she woke up, “John…what…agh…what happened?”, he looked at her and said “hang on, you got wounded, hang on, we will be at Atlantis in a few seconds, hang on Jay, hang on…”, she smiled at him and said “aaaaagh, ooh…Ok agh, John…” then she fell unconscious. The gate was open and he ran through. Once at the other side, John shouted “WE NEED A MED TEAM”, then Elizabeth said “Chuck, call Carson, tell him that we have an emergency”, and she walked to the gate, there she asked John “John, what happened?” and he said “we are not entirely sure, but some invisible creature attacked Jay…oh Carson, here”, ride a way, Carson looked at her, and said “oh, good lord…ok boys, immediate surgery, prepare everything…”, and Elizabeth said “ok, go to change yourselves, then we will meet”, Alan ran to his quarters followed by John, and said to him “hey, calm down, she I’ll be alright, she is strong”, while he managed to hold him, and calm him down.

After the briefing, John went with Alan to see how Jay was, at the infirmary, Carson told him “well, Major, she is not to good, the creature attacked her pretty bad, and she’s still in a coma, now is up to her…”, and John asked “can I see her?”, and he smiled “sure, but be careful”, and John responded “I will…Alan stay with Carson” then he walked next to her, for a few minutes he remained in silence, but then he said “Jay, kid, hey, you can’t leave us, come on, you have to remain here, you are an important part of this team, you have to live, don’t make me have to tell your dad and Daniel that you died, please, we need you here…I still remember our first mission, when we arrived, and the countless times you save me, come on, you are the soul of the team…I remember that you dad told me that you were a little crazy, and when we arrived I didn’t notice, because you weren’t open to us, but when you did, I saw the wonderful person that is inside you, come on kid, don’t go…” after that, he looked at her, and then he walked out.

At night, the whole team was at the mess hall, but no one was talking, all were worried about her, then Rodney said “hum, I’ll go to my lab, good night”, Telya did the same, and finally Ford said “sir, you should go to sleep” and he answered “no, I’ll go with Jay…”, “good night sir”, “good night, Ford”, and both walked out, Aiden to his quarters, and John to the infirmary, there he crossed with Carson and Alan, “major, you should go to sleep, is late” and John answered to him “no Carson, I’ll stay here with Jay…”, “ok, good night, come on Alan, you have to sleep” and Carson walked out with Alan. There he spent the entire night, next to her.

In the coma time, Jay was having the strangest dream “she was in a huge forest, near Colorado, with Daniel, having the best moment of their life, he looked at her and said “Jay, my love, you have to fight, fight to live” then his face changed, and the whole place changed, it looked like Lantean architecture, and the one in front of her was John, who said the same, but behind him was Daniel, near the gate, and he said “fight Jay, fight, you have to return to Earth, return to me…” and Daniel walked through the gate, she tried to ran after him, but some invisible force was holding her…”

A hand over his shoulder, woke John up, it was Elizabeth, and she said “any changes on her?” and he said “no, she’s still in a coma, I wish I could do much more, but I can’t”, then she added “John, she will be ok, she is an incredible warrior, or you didn’t read her file?”, and he said “no, I didn’t, why?”, so she told John “well, this is not the first time she get wounds like this, one of the worst was against a horrible enemy, an evil goa’uld known as Har’karus, he didn’t belong to the System Lords, but he was pure evil, well, she got in his hands after an ambush, and he, well, he tortured her in an strange way, once her team saved her, she was really bad, she took five weeks at the infirmary, her dad was real bad…” amazed by the story, John asked “and how old was she at that moment?” and she answered “fourteen”, John couldn’t believe it, at that short life, and had to live worst horrors than in the middle East, Elizabeth figured what he was thinking, and said “well, that is the kind of life she chosed, she decided it when she went through the gate from Anoran to Earth”

 A few days have passed, and there was no change on her, then one day, John was seating next to her, playing in his laptop Age of Empires II, while Alan was training with Ford, he had to do it, because his sister wasn’t back yet, the game John was playing was one that she liked a lot, what happened in the next minutes was incredible, she woke, and said “hey, try to use the cars, the special Shelby, it will make you win against the Chinese” and he said “Jay, you are…Carson, Carson”, a few seconds later Carson showed up and said “oh, good lord, I’m glad that you are better now, welcome back, major if you let me, I’ll check her now”, and John smiled “ok Carson, see you later” then he walked to the mess hall. There he found Ford, Alan, Teyla and Rodney, seated in one of the balcony tables, he went for some food, and walked there, then Ford asked him “sir, what’s about Jay?” and he smiled “she is ok, she woke up a few minutes ago, we can go and see her after Carson’s check”, and Ford said “ok, I’ll go too”, and Alan shouted “really, she is ok, I want to go with her too”, “easy Alan, you can come with us too” John said.

In the infirmary, Carson brought her lunch, and seated with her, “so, I heard that you are always working on some projects?” and she smiled “yea, kind like always, ha ha, at that way I keep my self occupied, and my brother always likes to help”, and he asked “and in what are you working now?” and she responded “well, before the accident, I was working in the replica of a ship, but I have one done already, if you want I can show them to you, once I’m better”, he smiled and said “that will be great, and how you do it?”, and she said “well, is a bit of hard work, I usually start with the idea, and make it in my mind, with everything I need, and I try some things in my mind, then when it works I start to make it, checking that I have everything I need, in the first days I thought that I wouldn’t be able to do much, because of the resources, but, here I been able to find anything”, and he smiled, then John, Alan and Ford came in, “Jay, I was so scared” Alan said, “hey, I’m glad that you are better” Ford added, and she smiled to him, then John said “were you talking about a ship?”, and she laughed, and said “yea, is a ship prop, is one of my current projects, some of the made ones are in my quarters”, and John said “really, cool, when you get out, you got to show them to me”, and Ford said “yea, to me too”, and she said “ok, I will, hey, does any one have a pen and a notebook?” and Ford said “mmm, I might, what for?”, “well, I want to draw something, you will like it” and Ford went for the pen and paper, then handed it to Jay, who ride away started to draw her new project, an amazing ship, like one of the Star Wars ones, John was amazed by her skills, and then said “that’s really cool, you really have skills for this”, and she smiled “yea, I want to be a movie maker, a film maker, I love that kind of stuffs, I already have some clip videos, and I’m always making more, that’s why I used to spend much time at my quarters”, and all laughed, then Carson said “mmm, you should invite us to see your work” and she smiled and said “sure, I will, and of course, all of you will be invited to the Avant Premiere, ha ha”, then Rodney showed up, “hey Jay, how are you?”, and she answered “cool, thanks”, and he asked “what are you doing?” and she said “is a ship, and I want to make it real…” and he said “real, you mean, real, as in big real”, and she said “no, not to big, just to play with it, is going to be a prop for my movies”

A week after Carson released her, and she ran straight to her quarters, there, with her brother, she looked in her truck for some of her made stuffs, and took it to the mess hall, where she met with her friends, “hey guys, ah, look at this”, and Ford said “what are those?”, and she said “some of my projects”, and everyone were impressed, because actually some of them worked, and Sheppard said “wow, all of this is really cool, I bet that if Spielberg meets you, he would want that you work with him in the movie business”, and she smiled “really, I wish that could happen, in fact, in Anoran there are some schools that teach our ways to make movies”, “and are you going to go to one of those?” Ford asked and she said “no, unfortunately no, because Haik, who is my mentor in Anoran said that I can’t, he doesn’t want that any of his teammates lives badly, I always said to him that if you like what you do, you would never live badly, but he doesn’t listen”, and Sheppard said “really?”, and she smiled “yea, he used to be a dreamer like me, but now he is not the cool guy he used to be, being father had changed him, a lot” and Teyla said “how sad, but what your dad said?”, “well, not much, apparently he is agree with Haik, but my plan is that finally do it, anyway” and all laughed, then Ford said “hey, why don’t we make a movie ourselves”, Jay smiled at the idea, but John and Rodney said “a MOVIE? Are you out of your mind?”, and Jay said “that would be cool, or you are going to tell me that you never dreamed to be or do something kind of impossible, like fly, or have superpowers, come on, it would be fun”. Finally all of them agreed, and at the next day all of them were going to meet at the gym, with Carson and Elizabeth too.

Next morning, Jay went with her gear to the gym, and their friends were waiting for her, ride a way they started to film, different kind of clips, and shots, then, once they were ready, she took the films and pass them to her laptop, and there she started the final part. Once ended, she showed the picture to her friends, there Rodney appeared flying like superman, Ford fighting like the comics characters, John as the king of who knows where, Carson was an imperial trooper, Alan was like Ferb, and Elizabeth was a queen of Atlantis Kingdom, another clip was with Sheppard and Jade as cowboys, Carson and Ford as Jedi Knights with Alan as the Sith, Rodney as a special secret agent, and at the end, all the pictures and extra clips that were made during the filming, scaring Rodney, Jade’s “false” step and ending in John’s arms, Carson, Ford and Jade’s ugly faces, Teyla, Elizabeth and Jade’ Charlie angels picture, and more, all together with a song of Beyonce, and she made copies for all the presents.

At night, Jade was tired, but happy, it had been a cool day, like the old times at the SGC, with her team, and her love, and John walked were she was, at the main balcony, and said “hey, it had been cool…”, “yea, it really was, it reminded my the time we did the same with SG1…”, and he said “really, your dad too?”, and she said “yea, I still remember, it was really funny, he tried to make a trick on my flightboard, I still have it, but is in Earth…”, and he said “hey, hum, come, let’s go to the mess hall, I’m hungry”, she smiled and headed with him to the mess hall, happy for her friends.

A New Story: Stargate 2016

Hello Gaters:
There has been a while since my last entry, so, I thought on come and stop by, well, many of us are still sad, but with hopes on Stargate, well, for now we do have some fan made, and here I am to talk a little about a FanFic production I'm doing, is called "Stargate 2016", a story that take place, like the name says, on 2016. The story unites Stargate SG1, Atlantis and Universe in an unexpected way, the story is still in progress, and all I hope is make it like a web-comic, but for now I can tell you this, it will be a poster for it, and there are going to be very special guests, and a new character will appear.
The story, like I said before, is still in progress. But it will contain images, schematics of some devices, and much more, while we hope for the re-appear of Stargate, because we will never give up hope.

Starring night in Atlantis, all Sheppard’s team was at the mess hall, except from Jade and Alan, both were at her quarters, she was looking through the window, and imagining be with Daniel, she missed him so much, there have passed already two months since they first arrive at Pegasus, and she still didn’t have the confidence with her team, they have been in four missions together, but she hadn’t felt the same bound like with SG1, with them the link was almost immediate, but there, she felt so alone, she didn’t know almost any one, except from Dr. McKay, and Dr. Weir, but both of them, weren’t exactly the kind of people she like to be with at that moment, and her brother Alan, who was with her all the time. both spent almost all their free time in her quarters, and her team was kind of worried about them, but specially, about Jade, Rodney had made an online network, like internet, but in Atlantis, and all personnel had an e-mail address, even Jade, however, she never answered the e-mails, in fact, that night her team was talking about her, “so, where is Jade?” John asked, “maybe at her quarters, you know that she doesn’t like to get out of it, sir, and Alan stays all the time with her, so” Aiden answered to him, “you know, I’m kind of worried about them” Teyla said, “its usual for someone to develop such behavior, in this circumstances” Rodney added, “what do you mean, Rodney?” Carson asked, “Well, she is alone here…” Rodney said, but Teyla interrupted “but, she is not alone here, there are hundreds of people here…”, and John said “what he meant was that here, for her, is an unknown ground, she was used to live with her friends of SG1, with her father and brothers, and just one of them is here”, “I’m going to talk to her, she can’t be alone all her life, if you excuse me”, and all said “good luck, Carson”.

Jade was with Alan, in meditation, inside her quarter, when some one knocked at the door, and said “Jade, hi, is me, Carson, can I come in?”, she walked to the door and said “hi doctor, sure, come in”, and he said “well, I heard that you both spent most of your time here, why?”, and she smiled to the doctor and said “really, we didn’t realize, may be is because we are like that”, and Carson said “hey, you don’t have to be alone, we are all alone here, so better together, than alone alone” she smiled and looked at him, she thought he was right, and she said “you are right, doctor, thanks”, and he said “well, now I’ll leave you, I heard you woke up really early for your training, see you” that said he headed out from her quarter, to his.

Next morning, Jade was on the gym, training with Alan, when Sheppard came in and said “Jade!, hum, we have an off world mission, we’ll meet at the gate room in one hour”, Jade looked at the Major, and said “very well, we’ll be there.” That said, Sheppard headed back to his quarter to pick up his gear, and so did Jade and Alan, taking with them all their gear from the gym.

            An hour later, all of them were in the gate room, the all of them with their usual uniform, then the gate technician dialed to M3G-792, once on the other side, Jade instantly had a strange feeling and so did Alan, so she took on point next to Sheppard, behind them, were Teyla, Alan and Rodney, and Ford watching their six, they headed to a place where there were coming energy spikes, while they were making their way, Jade knew that something was wrong, really wrong, and there was a presence, an evil and dark presence. Soon they arrived into an old ruin; there Rodney was having readings of energy spikes, and he decided to go in, then Sheppard said “hey wait, I’ll go with you, just in case, Ford, Teyla, stay here, and tell us if something happen”, Jade walked next to the Major and said “I’ll go too, there is something about this that looks familiar”, and Alan said “I’ll go too”, but Jade told him “no, this might be…please stay here with Teyla and Ford, ok”, “ok, good luck”, then when they were inside, Rodney found some writings that didn’t belong to the Ancients, then he thought that why on the database appeared the location of this lab if it didn’t belong to the Ancients, then Sheppard looked at Jade, she was worried about the place, and he better asked her about it, “Jade, is something wrong”, she looked at the major and said “something, Dr. McKay? We should…” but before she could tell them to leave, some spirit possessed Rodney, and started to speak through him in a language unknown for the Major, but not for Jade “Naratuss etarnio et contrad Aganos nertus ikos…makarus enaga…” Jade knew what it was doing, and she got to stop it quickly, because he knew a lot of things that could be potentially useful for them and dangerous for the galaxy, Sheppard looked at her, and he got the feeling that she knew something about what was going on, so he asked to her “Jade, you know what’s going on?”, she looked at him, and said “yes Major, but is a long story, please step back, and it would be better if after I do what I have to, we returned to Atlantis, it would be good to have a med team waiting for us both” she answered, and he asked again “for you two? Why?” she looked at him and said “because is possible that we both end badly after this”, “why?” he asked, because the things wasn’t clear enough, and she responded “well…because it is a Aganos, Major…I’m Akaris Lantean knight, and it’s why a came here in the first place, I know sound crazy, but is real, now please, head out”, “ok, hey, wait a second, if what you say is true, what was he saying?” he asked, “being born in the eternity and teaching the knowledge of the Aganos to our sons…in new ground… it’s part of the promise of revenge from the Aganos, now go out, and send someone to the gate, to call Atlantis, I’ll save him” she answered him, that said, Sheppard made his way out, and ordered Ford to do what Jade said to him, then Teyla asked him if everything was alright, and he answered to her “some evil spirit took Rodney’s body, Jade is helping him with it now, she said it was an Aganos, and that she was an Akaris Lantean Knight, but I swear I heard about the Akaris in a school class”, she smiled at him and said “why she didn’t said something about it?” “I don’t know, but now she is inside trying to save Rodney from that creature, I’ll ask her later”, Alan heard that, and fear for his sister, and he was about to go in, when Sheppard stopped him “is too dangerous, don’t worry, she will be fine”

            Inside the lab, Jade was entertaining the creature, while she prepared the attack, “leave him alone, and reveal yourself”, and the Aganos answered “Haha, my name is Kuruat, ancient Lord, and I’ll never leave him, he is mine now” she laugh and said “well, let me tell you that you choose wrong, choosing him, he is my friend. Nakara Irato Neptarus” that said she attack him, with her Akaris sword, he defend himself with an Aganos saber that he had hidden, there they were fighting, for a long time, it was incredible for her see that Dr. McKay could move like that, but she knew that sooner or later he would fall of tiredness, she knew him, but she didn’t knew the Aganos that it took him. Then she remembered her master’s teaching about to how free someone that had been taken by a Aganos spirit, she took her knife, and got the closest she could to the man, but she didn’t see that he took Rodney’s knife too, and before she could cut him, the creature had placed the knife in her abdomen, when she figured that she was hurt, she calmed down, and putted the knife in her wound, then with her blood on it, she made her last effort and placed in his leg and her hand with her blood on his chest, after that, looking like a mist, the spirit leave Rodney and ran away.

            Jade was bad injured, but she knew that she had to get out and ask for help, so with her last strength, she ran out of the lab, but she fell unconscious on the floor right in front of Sheppard and Alan, John realize the severity of the situation and asked Teyla to stay there with them, while he went in for Rodney, and then he radio Ford “Ford I need you to come here and help me with McKay” that said, Ford made his way back to the lab, while Sheppard was inside, there he saw Rodney, laying down in the floor, with a wound in his leg, a few seconds later he went back in himself, and said “Major, what the hell happened?”, he smiled at the doctor, happy that everything was ok with him, and said “well is a long story, can you walk?”, Rodney stood up, with the Major’s help, and said “I think so, but I’ll need some help, whaaat is this? Oh, I’m gonna dieeee!!!!” Sheppard tried to calm down Rodney “hey, it’s a scratch, don’t worry, Carson is waiting for you and Jade in Atlantis”, then, after Sheppard’s words he said “Jade, what happened to her?” and John answered “you better go outside”. Both of them walked out of the place, to find Teyla taking care of Jade and Alan next to them, “Major, she is bad injured, we have to take her back, there is not much time”, seen that Rodney was better, Sheppard took her in his arms and the five of them ran to the gate, when they got there, Ford dialed immediately to Atlantis, and sent his IDC.

            In Atlantis, Elizabeth had already a med team standing by for their arrival, when the gate came on, then Grodin received Lt. Ford’s IDC, and opened the gate’s shield, and a few seconds later, they saw Ford holding Rodney, who got a wound in his leg, Carson ran to him, and putt him on a bed, then Sheppard appeared holding Jade in his arm, when Carson saw her, he ran and took her quickly to the infirmary, she needed an urgent surgery, and sent Rodney there too. The surgery took about three hours, and it was a complete success, after that, Carson went with the news to the team, who were with Rodney, “Major, Lieutenant, Teyla, Rodney, I have to tell you that the surgery was successful, she is well and recovering, but I want to know how she got that?”, then Rodney, feeling guilty, said “I was…but I wasn’t my self, I don’t know why I did it, but if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be here now”, “you weren’t yourself, how is that possible?” Carson asked, didn’t understanding what was he saying, then Sheppard answered to the confused Doctor “well, she said that it was a Aganos’s spirit, or something like that, and she said that she is an Akaris Lantean Knight…”, and Carson said “a Akaris Knight, what is that?”, but John couldn’t answer that. After that, Carson headed back to where he leaved Jade, she was still unconscious, and she was going to be like that for a few days more, Alan was at that moment next to her, when Sheppard came in and said “She is going to be alright”, and he answered “I know, she have never left me alone”, “she is a good sister, isn’t she?”, “yes she is”, “come, she will be there for a day or two, let’s go to the mess hall”, and the boy agreed, on their way, John asked “so, how old are you?”, “twelve”.

            A week later, John went to visit her, it was 12 pm and he was eating a chocolate bar, the problem was that he never knew that Jade loved the chocolate, and the smell of his bar, woke her up, but she made no noise where she was, and made, with her powers, that something moved, Sheppard turned his attention to that, and there she took the chance to take his bar, when he realized, she had already eaten the half of the bar. He smiled at her, and said “I’m glad that you are well again”, and she answered him “thanks Major, and, hum, sorry for you chocolate bar.” He smiled, and then he said “please call me John, I hate the formalities” “ok, John, well, my friends call me Jay” she answered him, then both remained quiet for a moment, until John said “I’ll better get Beckett here, he have to check you, and, oh, Rodney wants to talk to you, he might come after lunch…bye Jay” walking out from the room, “bye John, hey…” she said while he was leaving. Ten minutes later, Carson walked in the room, and approached to her “hey lass, how are you? ...I’ll check your vitals, ok?” she smiled at the doctor and said “ok doctor, do what you have to do”, Carson smiled back, and said to her “ok, and you don’t have to call me doctor, Jade, I go by Carson”, she looked at him, he was a really kind man, “ok Carson, but you have to call me Jay, deal?” Carson smiled at his patient, and said “deal…hey, hum, now is lunch time, and I’ll bring yours…” but he was interrupted by Sheppard, who took the chance to break the ice with her, and said “I’ve already bring it, Carson, you can go and have your lunch.” Carson thanked John, and headed out to the mess hall. Then he was alone with Jade, and asked her “so, you are an Akaris Lantean, right?” “Yep, I am and I’m sorry I didn’t told you, but I wanted to keep a low profile, because of the dangerous level of our mission, oh by the way, where is Alan?” she answered him, “he is with the team, so don’t worry”, but he was more interested in the Aganos, so he asked her “oh, and who are those Aganos?” she figured that he wanted to know, and it was too dangerous, but she needed him to trust her, so she started “well, they are like humans, but with powers, they are evil, and powerful, they want the power, and it’s our believe that they ran out from Andor’s Galaxy, to others, like Landor, Pegasus or Milky Way, that’s why I was sent here with Alan, and Sean and Nicky stayed with SG1, because they would do everything that they can to gain power” then he asked “and who was the one on Rodney, and how did you know it?” “His name was Kuruat, an old lord Aganos, that we thought he was dead, and I felt his presence when we stepped through the Stargate to that planet” then he asked about her, “ok, let’s talk about something else, mmm, what do you like, I mean, what do you do in your free time”, she smiled, and said “well, I like different sports, pods race, flightboard races, some arts, like wood working, writing, and some of your stuffs too, like music, my dad was teaching me how to play the guitar, and other things”. After half an hour, both ended their meals, then he said to her that he got to leave, but that Rodney was coming to see her, that said he walked out from the room.

            Twenty minutes later Rodney walked in the room, and approached to where she was, then he said “thanks, and I’m sorry”, she looked at the doctor and said “hey, you welcome, and don’t worry, I get wounds like that one all the times” Rodney felt the big relief, hearing her words, then he said “hey, hum, when you said that I was your friend, it was true?”, she smiled at the Doctor, and said “yes Doctor, you are my friend, despite our last encounter, when I was with SG1”, he smiled back, then gave her a package, and then said “well, mmm I wanted to give you this…” she opened and said “what is it?” “Is a chocolate box, I heard from Sheppard that you like it a lot, don’t you?” she thanks Rodney, and then he leaved the room for she to rest.

            The next day, Carson gave her the go, and she returned to her quarter, there she took part of her Akaris uniform out of her trunk, the Lantean medallion and tool belt, and she dressed with her Atlantis uniform and the medallion ever her chest, and around her, she wore the tools belt that was part of her uniform and life. Then with her new outfit she walked out of the room, and headed to the mess hall with her brother, and her new friends. Now she was getting used to the situation, and she started to look Atlantis as her new home, and her new partners as her family, and that she could trust them. It wasn’t the similar bound that she had with SG1, but at least it was something.
